Clients must schedule waste removal appointments at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment Terms

Pricing: Our pricing structure is based on the volume and type of waste collected.
Invoicing: Invoices are issued monthly and are payable within 30 days of receipt.
Late Payments: Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined in the invoice.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

Liability

Termination of Services

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing 30 days’ written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments must be settled within 15 days.

Data Protection

Any personal or business data collected during the provision of services will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, ensuring confidentiality and security.
